Staff was very polite
Good hot coffee on a cold day, waiting for my VRE train to Manassas.
Great staff, able to handle large crowds efficiently.
Dear manager, You should be fired. Do not let your employees deny customers any product at any time. Your employees CHOSE to deny my girlfriend and I a “Oven-warmed” sandwich on a winters’s day. In addition any cold cuts not on display was denied as well. On top of that, when asked about why, they simply stated we turned it off because we were closing in 10 minutes. As a customer and former restaurant manager I would be livid to hear mistreatment of any of our guests. Happy new year
