I had already chosen the cars i was interested in. Their online inventory site is very helpful. During the test drive, a minor problem was discovered. The part was ordered and it was fixed the next day. Great customer service!! They not only have the Carfax on the dash, but include a list of repairs they have completed. Will buy from them again.
Robert and Lisa rock! I told Robert what I needed in a vehicle and he got me exactly what I was looking for. Lisa is very knowledgeable and sweet. She steered me in the right direction and got me more bang for my buck. I will most definitely be back!
I was recently blessed by a family member with a car purchased from L & B Motors, Inc. The car is over 10 years old but looked and smelled brand new. A few months later, being a used car, of course, things happen. With a recent oil change, and small leak was discovered and L & B, Inc. not only promptly repaired this issue but also provided me with another car to use while they were correcting the problem. They are friendly, professional, efficient, and personable. I highly recommend this dealership! Very satisfied.
