Well I went by there one day last week just to look at what they had to offer. Not bad but nothing really caught my attention. The staff were friendly enough but it seemed like to me in my opinion that it was a inconvenience for me to be there and the staff was eating lunch when we walked in and had to wait for them to put it away before we could talk to them about prices or anything. Robert the salesman was very attentive. He made sure everything was done before I drove over hour and half away before I pick the car up. The office staff was very nice and was on top of handling their business.
Not very customer service friendly. I understand they have been in Augusta for a long time, but as far as my opinion I would not recommend.
Looked at cars today and the gentleman that helped us was very forthcoming and honest. We checked out a couple cars and he made that we knew what (if anything) was wrong and that they would fix it (or pay to fix it)! A wonderful experience! We bought a 2008 Hyundai Tucson! Thank you!
Customer service sucked! Sometimes it’s better to keep your mouth zipped then to talk about something you have no clue!!!
