Broken down in the middle of nowhere oklahoma and we were referred to L&A. They told us they would have a wrecker out to get us in 30-40 minutes. We waited over an hour and I finally called just to check in and see where our truck might be. She said she didn't even have a driver in the area and didn't know when she could get one out to us. My 18 year old daughter had an accident. L&A was called by the police. What the wrecker service did not tell us, we did not have use the service. We were told we could not get our car until the insurance released it, which was not true. So beware, you NEVER have to use a wrecker service and they cannot keep your car. If you let them take the car be ready to shell out about $250 just for the tow. Then they tack on about $20 a day while your insurance investigates the wreck. Then they pull your title for a fee. Thank goodness for L&A! Broke down on our way back from Texas, about 40 miles from L&A at 6:30 am. They were very nice and helpful when getting our location, called to let us know when they were on their way, and were very accommodating with our destinations. Yep, destinations plural. Kelly was kind enough to drop my friend off at school in OKC so she could take her midterms and then he took us to a dealership in Edmond to get our car serviced! Overall great experience with L&A! Highly recommend!
I have done business with L&A for over 11 years now and have never had an issue that wasn't taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Randy Dollins is our usual driver and I have customers rave about how wonderful he was in taking care of them. Whenever I have an emergenvcy - L&A is the only call I make.
