Yowsa, what a mess. Very little English spoken here, therefore making it difficult to communicate what was wanted/needed. They did not file or cleanly clip my toes, nor my daughters. My daughter had her big toenails surgically removed, they have grown back at about halfway. They asked me if she wanted acrylic toenails, after many back and forths of them not understanding, I explained again, but no we did not want acrylic I just want you to paint the toenail that is there.
