Horrible service The people in the front desk are rude and have an attitude the guard is worse and the people who help.you with the frames are even worse I convinced my wife to give it another try after having Horrible service the last time but nope not this time my wife expressed a concern and there response was if you don't like it you don't have to come here nobody told you to come here now there holding her glasses hostage of we don't pay and additional fee that appears on no paperwork do not and Iean do not go there

Service and attention is horrible here. I do not recommend this place. The security guard there treats people very bad.
I hate this place they never answer the phone!!!! That's why I left to lens-crafters. I am calling for my mom and is hard to get of hold of some one here. Don’t bother coming here safe time and head ache and go else where. I call they hang up.
