Absolutely terrible communication. I’ve scheduled their team on site to review my backyard in Mid April. In Mid May, I’ve reached out to see if there has been a proposal ready for review. I have followed continuously since then. It is nearly July, and today, Preanka told me that she thought Robert has already reached out. Absolutely terrible communication.
Lauren is incredibly personable, with a vision that’s both logical and beautifully aesthetic. She took the time to understand what I wanted and brought thoughtful, creative ideas to the table. Her crew was reliable, consistent, and respectful of the space throughout the entire process. The end result exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
