Last week I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and get 2 tire sensors replaced that were no longer registering. The guys took a look at my car and figured out the sensors were just fine (needed to be reset). Rather than replacing them and charging me for something that wasn't broken, they told me there was nothing wrong. Love honest businesses and Kzoo Tire is always honest!! Great business, great people!!

I truly appreciate being updated throughout my appointment about my car and even though I had NO idea the meaning of half the conversation you took the time to explain, show me a picture, and answer my uneducated questions. Added to that, your guys replaced a missing bolt made by someone else free of charge!
I called on Wednesday to tell them about a squeak I heard from my front tire; they got me in the next day to take a look; took my car for a test drive, looked it over, made some adjustments near my tire and I walked out without having to pay!!!! Now, THAT is customer service!! They are the only place I will go for service!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!
