James was so welcoming and took such great care of us when we arrived. Co was our chef, WOW, he was everything you would want in a hibachi chef, personable, funny, incredibly talented and made my daughter feel extra special as we were celebrating her accomplishments as she was setting off to leave for college the following day. Thank you for a fantastic experience!!
worst service ever. had reservations for a special occasion. still waited an hour after ordering entrees and still no sign of food. we just left. the manager wouldn't even give us an explanation. felt like they didn't care our they thought they could do whatever they want. dont go there
The food was amazing as always. I got my drinks in good time but the waitress was never around, one of my friends didn't receive their sushi for almost an hour and the other person who ordered their Sushi before them didn't receive their Sushi at all and they ordered it almost two hours before. Not to mention we waited for 30 minutes just to receive our checks after everyone was done. I love this place but tonight's service was the absolute worse
My food was good they missed tickets and waitress was never around. We waited 30 min after everyone was done eating our last order for sushi never came
Took my family to Kyoto for my mom's birthday dinner. Our chef was Eugene and he was fantastic! Very personable and had a great sense of humor to boot. Our server was very attentive as well even with as busy as the restaurant was. The food was all fantastic; We all had hibachi dishes, steak, salmon, chicken, shrimp and scallops as well as an Alaska roll. We will definitely be coming back again. Arigatou gozaimashita.
