We have gone on Christmas Eve for years, this year my parents joined us! It was awful! Took over 20 minutes to get drink orders, the waitress spilled 4 bowls of soup right on our head, they didn't offer free drinks or a meal covered NOTHING including no apology, when I asked to talk to the manager he was too busy. This was at 5:00 still early and very few people in there. I think that is probably our last visit which is sad because we go for everyone's birthday. 22 years of going to Kyoto's for our NYE annaversary...And last night was a complete and utter failure. Everything from being spilled on by a server, being told their out of egg rolls (at 6:30), and being lied to by another server. What a joke...Will not be going back, and no more good recommendations from us. Nice knowing ya.
