They say they take reservations on OpenTable but then do not actually recognize them. We arrived before our 6:00 reservation and waited until 6:20 before they told us we were behind people that had called to be put on the waitlist and that it would be another hour. We asked to speak to a manager and she said she would come speak to us and then refused to come speak to us. We walked out. Not a very good way to operate a business. If you do not want to actually recognize reservations then do not offer them.

First time here. The food was good, no complaints but the staff was amazing! Very attentive and minimal wait for anything we asked for. I didn’t catch the waitresses name but she was the best waitress we have had in a very long time. Very accommodating to our kids as well. We will go back when in the area.
They food wasn’t all that and the prices was outrageous!!!!!!!!! I didn’t order anything my family did though and they still charged me a plate !!!!!! You could barely understand what they was saying and when I asked why I was being charged for a full course meal they said for the seating !! We will not be re visiting this restaurant ever ! Oh and they added 20 % Tip when it said only 18! Shame on y’all
Highly Recommend! Great food, great service and great environment! This is my favorite Japanese Steakhouse! This location is super convenient too right off highway 30!
Food was horrible!
Great food and service! Steak and shrimp was cooked perfectly and the hibachi chef was super entertaining for our 4 year old son. Volcano roll was delicious and service was excellent. I highly recommend Kyoto’s for your family and friends.
