Hair in our food and they did nothing but take our drinks(sodas) off the bill?? The hair was not in our drinks. Teryaki chicken was slimy. Never again.
Trash. Ordered takeout from there.. it sucked.. called kyoto up to complain the manager hung up on me. Told me to bad... never will eat here and will never recommend it to anyone. ..
Eaten here many times , im here as i type this. The service is usually very good. But today it was absolutely terrible. After waiting to be seated then waiting for food me and my pregnant wife were definitely not pleased with the service. The food came out cold. $60 for two cold plates of food wasnt my idea of a good experience . Thanks kyoto
Great food, terrible service. My friends and I all got treated badly while getting take out. Bad first experience, won't be back.
