Ordered two chicken & shrimp hibachi dinners for my son and myself tonight. Chicken was not cooked thoroughly through. My son ate some of it not realizing it, I took two bites and was totally grossed out. I notified the waitress that the chicken was not cooked she asked me if she could bring me some more, I said no thank you. She then charged me for the uncooked chicken and shrimp. I made a reservation for my parents and they waited 45 minutes, got the run around from the hostess, and ended up never getting shown a table. They ended up having to leave to try to find someplace that was still open so they could at least get some food to go home. Their time was wasted and their anniversary dinner was ruined.

Manager very rude on several occasions;was seated for 30 min until someone came and even acknowledge us,we watched as they took others order - who arrived after us and started to serve them until I spoke up then manager started being rude to us,so paid for our drinks and left.Sorry I don't give my money to business that's unprofessional and rude.
Floor was so greasy. Had to hang on to railing which was equally greasy. Dawn goes a long way. Someone is going to slip. Just saying
If you have an allergy, do not go here.... or at least order to go..... I’ve lost count how many times we ordered... and yet Mushrooms were still cooked in the food... their solution.... pick out the mushrooms... somehow they don’t understand what DEATHLY ALLERGIC means..... it means mushrooms can not touch the food.... sad thing is.... the food is really really good!
Loved this place. Food was excellent and the service was great. Thank you Quy, Nhi, and Vu for a wonderful and entertaining evening.
I used to Rave about the place, but the past three times I feel like it's going downhill
