Called this office to reschedule a new appointment after being referred by another physician. A simple call turned into a very rude experience by not one but two female staff members. I was spoken to in an extremely condescending tone of voice by one and sent to an extension that rang until it hung up by the other. What a HORRIBLE representation of your office and staff.
