Dr. Kanaly herself is an amazing doctor, her staff, specifically the red haired women who answers the phones is extremely rude and unprofessional. She makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to her day, she should not be working there.
Kind, caring and compassionate. Wait times at office are minimal.
Dr Kanaly really listens and makes you so at ease. She is gentle and quick with procedures. I have no bad interactions with her office staff.
Google “at-home Pap smear test” instead of going to this doctors clinic. I left the treatment room and won’t be rescheduling. Doctor showed up to the office at my appt time, then “went to do something with another patient really quick” leaving me waiting for over 45min beyond appt time (new patient). Only one staff member showed any empathy and apologized for the situation. Haven’t heard from them since. So unprofessional. No one deserves that
