So, today is Monday the 21st of may 2018. I'm sitting here at kyles collision center to pick up my truck that has been here for repairs since February 2018. On April 9 2018 I became frustrated at the amount of time that had passed with NO work being done on the truck so I went to kyles to retrieve the truck and bring it elsewhere for repairs. I can't tell you exactly how bad this experience has been for me! I asked around for two days before deciding to bring my car here and it was by far the worst place i could have brought my car. Its like they are playing the blame game. My car was originally scheduled to be finished april 13th then they claim that due to slow insurance company it would be the 24th then the 28th then the first then the 4th and finally the 8th. These people claim to be holy. But they definitely will make you wonder. They will Jack you around and tell you every excuse in the book. Worst experience I've had. I Will NEVER do business with them again!!!!
It was such a pleasure to do business with Kyle's! Their customer service is superb, and work is fabulous. If I'm ever in a accident again, then they'll definitely have my business.
