I didn’t appreciate having to wait for over an hour with my one year old for an appointment I waited months for. He saw my daughter for less than five minutes and told us to come back in a few months. I expect the next appointment to be very similar and I’m dreading going back.
Went through a few preliminary tests akin to the ones given at the optometrists. Afterwards he entered the room like a bulldog, looked at my diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disease that can render a sufferer blind, asked me how long I'd been on Prednisone (the only drug that treats the inflammation caused by the disease, and that reduces the risk of sight loss if diagnosed early enough) and gave his unsolicited and frankly incorrect, misinformed and arrogant opinion that I should have been off of it by now and as I attempted ... read more
