Doctor Vincent is an amazing doctor but his office staff sucks. They don't know what they are doing. When my pharmacy calls for new prescription, I always have to follow up myself because they rarely call it in until I do. Now that the new year started and I have a Medicare PPO plan that it shows his office accepts, they call me the day before my appointment and tell me that I am not covered. I am deeply disappointed with the care I’ve received from Dr. Vincent. As a general practitioner, he agreed to treat my ADHD after my mother had a positive experience with him. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Prescription Refills: Getting my prescriptions refilled has been an ongoing struggle.
