For 18 years I walked with two canes. I fractured my spine in 2016 and Dr. Kyle and Morris Mitsunaga did my surgery at Queens. Without their expertise and care idk where I would be. As the years went on my spine got worse and I was barely able to stand without the canes. Dr. Kyle Mitsunaga was able to refer me to Stanford Hospital in CA for further surgery. Don't go there. The staff at the office is extremely rude and doesn't care about a patient AT ALL.(She claims she is a nurse at the office) She never followed up for making an appointment after 2months of submitting my MRI results and doctor's referral. I have lived in Hawaii for over 30yrs. She was the worst medical staff I've ever experienced! I can see why 4 out of 6 reviews are about their bad experiences with staff there. I want to give her 0 star if I can.
A day after the surgery I know I'll have amazing results. Thank you Doctor Mitsunaga! I should have done it much sooner.
I cannot speak to Dr. Kyle Mitsunaga’s surgical skills, but I must say that my experience with his office has been deeply disappointing. The staff displayed a cold and unsympathetic attitude, showing little regard for patients in distress. Rather than providing support, they seemed to focus on minor procedural details as a means to delay or deny care.
