Don't go there. The staff at the office is extremely rude and doesn't care about a patient AT ALL.(She claims she is a nurse at the office) She never followed up for making an appointment after 2months of submitting my MRI results and doctor's referral. I have lived in Hawaii for over 30yrs. She was the worst medical staff I've ever experienced! I can see why 4 out of 6 reviews are about their bad experiences with staff there. I want to give her 0 star if I can.
A day after the surgery I know I'll have amazing results. Thank you Doctor Mitsunaga! I should have done it much sooner.
I cannot speak to Dr. Kyle Mitsunaga’s surgical skills, but I must say that my experience with his office has been deeply disappointing. The staff displayed a cold and unsympathetic attitude, showing little regard for patients in distress. Dr. Kyle Mitsunaga is an exceptional surgeon who combines his medical expertise with genuine compassion. He takes the time to listen, explain clearly, and treat every patient with respect and care. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and has great outcomes in the care he provides.
If only 0 stars were an option. I can't speak on the Dr himself but his office staff is horrible. I got a referral to him from my PCP months ago after I met Dr at my child's appt and we discussed my spine history and he advised me to call his office for an appt for myself, which I did. The office lacked communication to schedule, obtain medical records, and even had the audacity to call my referring PCP office and tell them I wasn't responding when THEY told me THEY needed to work on getting records.
