Dr Eliason and his staff are knowledgeable, kind, and as efficient as possible. I cannot be happier with their service. If only the people at the front of the line could find a way to keep from stuffing their pie-holes and follow the prep procedure properly, then it wouldn't make everyone else in line behind them late for the day. Why is this so hard?

Randy, my nurse, was wonderful. He was really nice, and even funny. The only reason that I rated 4 Stars instead of 5 is because I had to wait such a long time to have the procedure. Otherwise, I would have definitely rated 5. Although, I am understanding of the fact that things happen and there were complications with the procedure before me. I also really appreciated Randy continuing to keep me informed and checking in from time to time instead of letting me just sit there without any updates.
