The staff is great. I had one issue with intake but the back office staff took care of me. Dr. Hancock made me feel very comfortable discussing my issue. He was straight to the point and he was very knowledgeable in what my treatment plan should be.
Dr. Hancock is very professional and pays attention to detail.
Dr. Hancock, was my last resort after years of being told there was nothing wrong with my hips (even from docs in the same practice). The whole team was amazing, from Ashley in x-ray to the med assistant and PA. Dr. Hancock immediately understood the etiology of my symptoms, as well as how to treat them. Most importantly, he gave me hope that I can get back to my old, active self without having to live in pain. That's an outlier in the medical wasteland of Las Vegas.
Initial visit. Friendly, courteous and professional team. All questions answered. Diagnosis received and plan developed.
