Everyone was extremely friendly and personable, 10/10! I felt welcomed from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth and easy, I’m grateful.
Had a great experience with Dr. Hancock. He was very personable, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all my options, including physical therapy versus getting an injection, which I really appreciated. The visit was quick, easy, and efficient, but I never felt rushed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a doctor who is both thorough and easy to talk to.
A family member used this clinic last year. Her experience was so great that I turned to them if I needed orthopedic help. Dr. Hancock, his PA, every single staff person were friendly, efficient and clearly expert at their fields. I feel 100% comfortable being treated by him and them.
