Very professional. Everyone at the office is very polite and very nice. Dr. Hancock is very knowledgeable, I’m confident I’m in good hands.
All staff were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Registration was the easiest I have ever experienced! Physician’s assistants were extremely friendly and made sure I understood all conversation, explaining in detail what my possibilities were. Wow! I arrived about 20 mins early and was greeted by the front office: they processed me and took me back before my scheduled appointment! Radiological technician was friendly and in the X-ray room on the tv screen was explanations of the X-rays being taken. I was in a lot of pain with my arm & shoulder. The whole team was very considerate and compassionate. I really appreciated the doctor wanted to start with physical therapy and scheduled a 6-week follow up. If things didn’t get better, they would do more tests. He was very concerned about taking care of the problem and not masking it with pain meds.
