Unethical business practices; On Nov. 08, 2010 I paid Gainesville Eye Physicians (West Office) $212.83. I received my EOB in December and Blue Cross/Blue Shield had made payment and I had overpaid by $116.46. I called and was told I would receive a refund. On Jan. 15, 2011, I received a refund check in the amount of $116.46. On May 06, 2011 I received a bill from Gainesville Eye Physicians for $116.46, at the bottom of the bill this amount is listed under the 120 days box.
