Your customer service is just plain rude. I walked in with my sister, niece and nephew and not once were we greeted. The lady even asked if another lady was doing ok and just looked at me and just kept walking. That's ok. I didn't want that shirt I was looking at anyway. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.
Very friendly environment, friendly and helpful staff, and Kyle and her daughter were extremely personable and friendly!
It's not everyday you meet one of your wife's favorite tv show celebrity, Kyle, and she's pleasantly nice to you. Everything she hoped for. To boots, my wife loved everything in the store. Great experience on our Anniversary Vacation to California.
