Great Doctor; Horrible Staff. Simple medication requests and appointment scheduling is an absolute nightmare. We often have to resort to contacting Dr B. via his personal cell phone. We visit every 6 months, in most cases we have to deal with completely new staff every visit. Not sure if this is a lack of leadership on his part or lack of support by OU Health.
He took his time to explain everything to us. We highly recommend him!
