Dr. Galles was very professional and yet although it was my first meeting with him, I felt like we had known each other for a long time. He took the time to explain the many choices that I had for the diagnosis. Thank you.
I’ve been a previous pt who had a shoulder replaced 9 yrs ago. Very satisfied and now need the other shoulder done. Couldn’t think of a better surgeon to do it.

I waited for three weeks to see Dr. Galles, because I knew he was the best surgeon around to repair my torn rotator cuff tear. It was well worth the wait. He was very informative about the surgery he was planning for my shoulder. The day of surgery Dr. Galles's staff at the surgery center were very professional, but also had a way of making you feel less anxious. Dr. Galles came in and talked to me and made me know that I was in good hands. The anesthesiologists was professional and very funny.

He knows what he is doing. Is sympathetic to ones discomfort. Seemed a little hurried, at my visit. Though all questions were answered
During the visit we were well informed and impressed by his physicial examination of my shoulder. I was very comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment plan. Excellent bedside manner.
Dr Galles performed surgery on both my shoulders,He was highly recommended and I understand why,besides being a skillful surgeon he is one of the most compassionate doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting.
