I sought out a therapist that was trained in ART after being involved in a traumatic car accident. After the accident it was hard to be a passenger in cars, and I could hardly imagine driving again. After only 3 sessions, Ky was able to use ART to rid me of my trauma and fears surrounding the situation. I have a new outlook on what once was a traumatic incident and am now driving again. I am incredibly thankful to Ky and her practice!
