what a rip off. I asked for haircut plus beard, initially the lady told $10 for beard and $15 for haircut. aftet the cut, told me total is $30 plus tax plus tips. asked me $5 extra for setting the beard properly. This is not professional. adding extra money before confirming. never going to this place again.

Terrible experience at K I Y Hair Salon really I was crying and they just said we can’t do anything . I asked for a simple trim to keep my hair at shoulder length, and they ended up cutting it way too short—all the way up to my ears. I am extremely unhappy with the cut. Do not go here if you want to maintain your hair length
