Terrible experience at K I Y Hair Salon really I was crying and they just said we can’t do anything . I asked for a simple trim to keep my hair at shoulder length, and they ended up cutting it way too short—all the way up to my ears. I am extremely unhappy with the cut. Do not go here if you want to maintain your hair length
The lady's attitude feels like she's only working there cuz she has no choice, and the cutting skill is way below average, and even the towel used for drying hair smells funny. Their price is a bit cheaper but for the service you're gettting it's really not worth it! Their good reviews seem to have been bought, because I haven't had such a bad hair salon experience in a while now.
Was skeptical of getting a haircut here because of all the reviews but I showed this guy a video of what i wanted and he did what i asked so Id definitely come back if they can do the same thing
Excellent service, Eric did a great job on the coloring and cut. Highly recommend
