My family has entrusted our dental care to Dr. Kwon's practice for three years. The staff are very welcoming and competent. I would have no problem referring any friend or family. The appointments have always been timely and efficient. Although it is a business the entire staff do treat patients as friends. Never a problem with billing or working off insurance-agreed estimates.
A office that put you to ease. One on one is how they are here. The have a great way with each client. My whole family come to this office for their dental care.
Dr, Kwon and his staff are professional and pleasant. There billing statements are the best, as I work in the industry and see many. I have referred a friend and her family, and will continue to refer anyone who needs a new dentist.

Late afternoon, Dr. Kwon accepted me as a referral from another Dentist on short notice when that provider had no availability. His office offered me an appointment at 7:00 am the next day. Upon arrival all my paperwork was pre-arranged for completion. The office setting is clean,neat and organized and the staff's demeanor is exceptional. I received an estimate beforehand of what my insurance would cover verses any out-of pocket expense.
