Very odd experience. I pulled in and older gentleman was immediately in my window and said "You know this isnt valvoline right? What do you want?" Like bro.... I just moved here and want an oil change. After that interaction I moved along and took my business elsewhere. I will not have the audacity to attempt to get an oil change at this oil change place again,
Never go to this place. The men there are way too old and don’t know what they are doing. They were about to remove the skid plate on my truck and I had to stop them and show them the small opening in the skid plate to change the filter. My truck has never had an oil leak until this week. I got under my truck and they left the drain plug loose and while I was under there I noticed a bolt in my skid plate was left loose.
