I cannot express how disappointed I was in the cleanliness, security, and service of Arborstone Storage. Upon discovery of the unit I rented was filthy, the associate on the phone suggested that I clean it while explaining the facility is remote and there is no one on site. I felt, it is their company, they should have a way to take care of their property without burdening a paying customer with doing their chores. It got worse... for over a month the main gate to the facility is broken and is wide open for anyone to access.... read more
