They upcharged my son who is active duty military from a basic oil change to $250 in charges for services like fuel system cleaning which I had just performed myself less than a month ago. They prey on young, old, and naive people they can intimidate into these un-needed services then spring a huge bill on them only after everything is done. Our military have enough to deal with without being ripped off by the people they are trying to defend.
They are horrible first it started off with they told me they done vacuums at the floor all change my car did not look like it had been vacuumed it all looked exact same from when I dropped it off then they didn’t screw my slap underneath my car back on and I drove out of town the next morning and it completely run the flap I had to stop in some town have them to take it off on top of that the place where I stopped at oil change place tell me that my old I’ve never been changed all they change the filter
RecommendedVery quick professional service. Washed my windows and vacuumed my vehicle. I’m not used to that kind of execellent service. I live in ARAPAHO but I will be back.

My wife went in they told her she needed to change her transmission fluid that it was black when I checked it it wasn’t black then they said that they had put a quart of transmission fluid in but yet they didn’t charge us and that’s not the story they told my wife Beware!!! UPDATE!!! Six months later checking the oil in the same transmission is still not as black as was told. Odd that it was only black for Kwik Kar. So again BEWARE!!! And per their recommendation we now change the oil at Walmart!
I always go to Kwik Kar to have my car serviced. Paul and all the guys are great! I recommend you to everyone.
