AVOID. UPDATE: When I took my car to a reputable auto shop, they mentioned that the oil was under filled, they asked me who I got the oil change from and warned me that they had half the oil filled instead of the full 5 quarts. Save your car, AVOID this place at all costs. I also informed Groupon and reported this business. They charge you anywhere from $14 to $25 on top of your groupon. When I tell you this place provided me with more than EXCELLENT SERVICE. ThNk You Alton!! (I hope I got his name right). I needed to replace my front passenger headlight bulb. I usually do everything for my car with the dealer. The dealer wanted to charge me $$$$ For this and stated it would take 2hrs. My father told me to find a Kwik Kar and see if they can do this. Best service , honest advices what my car needs , coming back always to this place Super clean lobby, super fast service
Showed at 7:45, no one showed up until 8:30, no customers recognized, employee sat in the garage ignoring customers in the lobby, he was dressed in sweatpants and flip flops, waited another 30 minutes without any greeting or recognition, place looked run down, no parking, employee just sat in garage eating breakfast and not engaging with customers waiting blindly in the dis organized lobby, no one was ever greeted, left after I asked if they were open, employee just sat in garage and said maybe 10 minutes, what a disappointm... read more
