Awesome little shop. The guy running it was super friendly with a great attitude. I got an oil change using a Groupon. Witnessed several customers checking out and never saw them try any upselling or over charging. A lady was there who had a AC that was not working and he noticed it, simply told them he works on AC’s and didn’t put any pressure on the customer to get the work done. I was in and out in a very timely matter. Will definitely be back!
I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the employees are the absolute best!! They make me feel so welcome, they truly care!
Their “attorney” offered a pathetic 1000 dollars in compensation and refuses to budge. For anyone else who faces this issue in the future you can sue for DTPA damages at 3X. Small claims courts is a couple hundred bucks to file but with the mountain of evidence against them including vehicle logs from the day of service, receipts, testimony from Volkswagen and three independent shops that the oil they used was incorrect and would cause the damages listed, they’re fucked.
