The new ownership at this Kwik Kar is excellent! I have used them for oil changes and inspections a few times, and I always leave with them having done much more. Bernie is very nice and knowledgeable and he gave it to me straight and didn't try to upsell me. I am glad they have taken over this location.
RUN!!!! I purchased a Groupon for a oil change from this company. I went to the business and was told it's an extra $42 charge for synthetic, which was fine I suppose. After I left, they charged my card twice. Once for the amount requested and another for a random amount. I called the business and they asked "If I was sure it was from them." Hello, I got an oil change today on Saturday 19th march, 2016. I was out for the afternoon and told the staff that. He told me that he would leave my car outside with keys in it. I turned up at 6pm, an hour after they closed but they locked my car in the garage with no means of getting it out. They are closed on Sundays and I have to drive to California today. Please respond ASAP if you work there and can message me back. It's very important

Been here on more than one occasion, they are pretty awesome ...have not had any issues with my cars, they always tell me what needs to be done and i am thankful, sometimes the wait maybe a bit long but i plan for it..keep up the amazing work
Only come here because of the Groupon but it should not be an hour or more wait for a simple oil change. These guys are just walking around looking at each other instead of getting people out quickly.
Worst service ever. I get there and the guy tells me to get in line before 4:45 or else they cant take me. I clarify this twice. Its 4, after 45 minutes of waiting and guys telling me to hold on itl be just one more minute they then tell me they are closed!! I was pissed after waiting almost an hour and being told to hold on then they are closed. This was not my first bad experiance the first time I went i waited in line for 3 hours. Please, visit this place if you want your car to be damaged and not be fixed by their rude manager/staff. My AC was in perfect condition before visiting this place, but once I got it back 45 minutes later after my oil changed was done my AC was not working at all. When I confronted the manager, who worked directly on my vehicle, he was rude and hostile and did not even offer to take a look at the car nor fixed the problem.
