RecommendedGreat service. They noticed an oil leak and offered the best recommendation possible before performing an unnecessary oil change. Will be coming back to them in the future.
I would like to take a moment to thank Tammy the Mgr at Kwik Kar of Lake Jackson for her efforts in correcting an unfortunate service issue. When I explained the issue Tammy stated how she would correct the issue and the time frame. Within a couple of hours all issues were corrected. Needless to say issues happen in business but it is how you handle adversity. Thank you Tammy as you have earned a life long customer!!

It's way better to go here than to Jiffy Lube!!! My now go to places are Firestone in Clute And Kwik Kat of Lake Jackson!!! The employees were friendly and did an amazing service.

not only does this store not stand behind their work and blame others for their mistakes. they removed my review because it was real, not nice.
My car was brought in about 3 months ago and had its oil changed out to find out the other day while Walmart was changing it, that the drain plug and pan are both stripped out. Now I’m being told that since Walmart touched it, that they won’t fix their mess up even though I have documents stated that it was not Walmart who did it and that kwik kar was the last ones to work on it.
