I bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic from Kwik Auto and I paid cash for it. As I was driving at home it started leaking oil because a belt had broke earlier and ruined the crankshaft seal but we did not know that at the time because it only leaked when the vehicle was driving. Might I add that I also had bought the car "as is" and when I called Eric the Manager apologized and he told me to bring it back and he would take care of everything! I was sold a car with a bad engine in it .. I only had the car for 3 months .. so now I’m responsible for paying off a car that isn’t even in my possession because I don’t want it to ruin my credit .. they are unfair conniving thieves .. that will take your money no matter if your car was sold in horrible condition ..now it’s harder for me to get another car due to their unfairness .. if I could sue them or get Fox 4 involved i definitely would
They are VERY helpful they go ABOVE and BEYOND. I definitely recommend them and the people who work here ED and ERIC were the best!!!!!
