Amazing service! I went into get some new frames and everybody was so kind and professional.
They denied me service because I tried to use OHIP. They are protesting the government, so they take it out on poor people? Great business model! I even asked if I could pay cash but she said no
Been coming here for a decade, and UVC before that (Vincent's prior business). Always speedy and friendly, with great recommendations and fair prices. Really appreciate your service to the KW community!
I am always so happy with Vincent. The selection at his store is incredible and the customer service is comparable to no other eye glasses store in the tri-city. He honours his word and to me, that is unbeatable in building a relationship with your clientele. I will keep coming back for as long as their doors stay open.
