Been a patient here for over 20 years. Dr Sheid always took really good care of me, my family. The eye doctor who replaced him is ok, overall I am happy with the service I received this past week
Noel and Skylar are genuinely caring and thoughtful. They are very attentive to the patient needs. I have been going there for many years and the great service hasn’t changed.
I have been going to this office over 40 years. The old optometrists have retired. I like dr hu but the office staff is pushing their luck. My husband had an appt. Booked I did it in the office when I was there. Now he leaves work early and they claim he has no appt. I watched her do it and she said it was booked. He lost in one hour more than he would have to pay. Funny my family dr. Retired now I have to replace eye dr.
Just a heads up…they won’t bill OHIP for services covered by OHIP so you’ll end up paying out of pocket unless you have other insurance coverage.
