ATTENTION Parents, please avoid using Dr Stoltz as your pediatrician as she shows absolutely no care in a child's interest, an assessment, that should have took over at least 3 hours (and has to see him multiple times not just once ), she did within 30 minutes and had no explanation other than printing something that was pre made. Also we had a question about our child's weight and her response was "I haven't seen your son enough and you should ask your family doctor". Dr Komsa is very professional and caring. She takes time to listen to your concern. Extremely helpful. I highly recommend. I am very happy with her care
As everyone else has said, dr is awesome.. the receptionist however, has a god complex and really hard to work with them. I also work in medical admin, and I am amazed that the lack of empathy is allowed in any office, but especially dealing with sick KIDS. Hard because the doctor is so good.
Let me start by saying Dr stoltz was great with my teenager and working with her to manage her diagnosis. I appreciated your insight and treatment plan to get us started with this new reality. Problem is RECEPTIONIST!!!! Unfortunately receptionist is rude and unprofessional. When I phoned to ask about the follow up appointment I was told an email was sent and I read it on xyz date. Doctor was good but receptionists are terrible. Rude, inconsiderate and not accommodating at all. My wife was trying to feed our baby and the Karen with the purple hair told my wife she had to leave as it was a restricted area. It was in front of the public elevators. They also gave her attitude the whole time. They seem to get a kick out of getting a rise out of already stressed out mothers. Would recommend they find another field of work, perhaps cleaning toilets.
