Decided to go with this clinic because of good reviews & ratings - in hindsight, I can’t help but think the reviews are either inaccurate or we are reviewing 2 entirely different clinic or had a completely different experience! I tried to write a long and concise review of my entire experience but character counts may be limited as it does not let me post a long one. Overall not coming back. Whole experience from front desk, staff’s bed side manner and overall condition and atmosphere of this clinic is underwhelming.
I have been seen Dr. Bassi for TMJ issue, and she delivered for me a treatment with some appliances which they make my pain gone. I highly recommend this treatment. My jaw feels much better.
