Refused to follow court ordered instructions, forced me to go back to court and relive my painful divorce, only to have the judge confirm the original judgment. Bullied me and let my ex-husband dictate and make up terms. Held funds for another 2 weeks after the 2nd court ruling, made up fake rules in regard to disbursement of funds.
