BUYERS BE AWARE, DEALER KNOWINGLY DOES ILLEGAL PRACTICE. I placed a deposit with Kutsch Motorsports on 7/31 for a vehicle I was considering, but ultimately chose not to move forward before signing any purchase agreement or taking delivery. Despite California law (Vehicle Code § 11736) clearly stating that deposits must be refunded under these conditions, Kutsch Motorsports has refused to return my deposit, citing a “non-refundable” clause in the paperwork. My experience with Shane and Shawn was amazing. These guys couldn’t be any more professional and trust worthy! I called about a truck and they were able to give me all the information I was looking for. The process from start to finish was amazing! Traded in my truck for a Yukon XL for my wife with Shane. Showed up 10 minutes before closing and he was super patient. This is a small business and it shows. No high pressure sales or stupid ad ons like 99% of other dealerships out there. If Ever I need another vehicle I will be sure to make this my first stop.
Best experience I’ve had at a dealership so far! Shane is a great dude with outstanding customer service. He only puts the best of the best on that lot and hooked it up for me with a solid Mercedes G63 AMG. As advertised car runs and looks like new. Shane was honest, had me look at the car and paint in all different lighting, gave a thorough test drive and has some super awesome warranty options. Highly recommend, will definitely come back here for more in the future!
