BUYERS BE AWARE, DEALER KNOWINGLY DOES ILLEGAL PRACTICE. I placed a deposit with Kutsch Motorsports on 7/31 for a vehicle I was considering, but ultimately chose not to move forward before signing any purchase agreement or taking delivery. Despite California law (Vehicle Code § 11736) clearly stating that deposits must be refunded under these conditions, Kutsch Motorsports has refused to return my deposit, citing a “non-refundable” clause in the paperwork. Traded in my truck for a Yukon XL for my wife with Shane. Showed up 10 minutes before closing and he was super patient. This is a small business and it shows. No high pressure sales or stupid ad ons like 99% of other dealerships out there. If Ever I need another vehicle I will be sure to make this my first stop.
