Do not use Kustom Home Inspection for your home inspection. We utilized the company in July of 2020 to inspect a home we were in contract with. There were multiple instances where the inspector was not thorough, and or, utilized an excuse to not inspect further. For example, the inspection report stated, "Sump pump was not accessible for testing due to being sealed for radon mitigation system." I’ve now completed my second home inspection with Chris from Kustom Home Inspections and I couldn’t be happier. Chris is very thorough and does a great job of explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. I’ll defiantly use KHI in the future and would be comfortable recommending them to anyone that is going to inspect a home.
