I have been seeing Dr Maini for almost 3 years and he has been compassionate and so accommodating. He has set up nurse visits last minute for pain. I cannot say enough about his procedures, pain free during them. Having a fear of a needle in my spine or an ablation, I have had several procedures and I was so beyond pleased. No pain. The results after have been successful. I totally believe in pain management opposed to having to take ibuprofen every day.

I went to this establishment last December seeking help with my pain this whole year I received one injection for my pain. the doctor kept saying it was my insurance. I drove through washed out roads and washed out Bridges one time thinking I was going to get injections to no avail did not get an injection that day. I have no idea how anyone could rate Dr. Maini less than 5 stars; imo, he deserves 5 million. This man is BY FAR the most compassionate and capable doctor I've come across in my very long and very complex medical history (spanning multiple states). He is a phenomenal doctor and a great human. The medical system in Myrtle is overwhelmed because of the influx of retirees coming here from other states. People should understand this before moving here.
