This is the best relator in WA, very humble, calm, timely informing and working hardl with patience and has no bias on agreements. he really played this role in a very exceptional way.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kurt Nystrand to purchase our first home. As first time home buyers we were quite nervous about the whole home buying process but Kurt walked us through step by step. He always made himself available to answer any questions and was extremely prompt in responding to any needs that arose. Over the years, Kurt has also helped us to buy and sell our land in Seattle. Kurt not only sold my condo in record time, he was there for me through it all. I can't find enough good words to describe his ethics, careful and thoughtful insights into how the whole process works. I thank God every day that not only did Kurt do the very best for me, I now have a friend who I am willing to recommend to anyone who needs his expertise. He's one of a kind and the very best. I know he will do his very best for you.
Kurt was outstanding to work with, and I highly recommend him. He accommodated our weekend-only schedule without complaint, clearly explained the offer process, and patiently walked us through multiple offers until we found the right place. He handled difficult selling agents with professionalism, and thanks to him, we found our new condo and moved in smoothly.
Kurt and his team were extremely patient and compassionate during my homebuying journey. Clear and accessible communication throughout the process, and went above and beyond my expectations as a first-time homebuyer.
