Kurt is a very easy going, no pressure realtor. I just bought a "new build" and he gave me all the facts for me to make the best decisions for what I wanted. I can't express how little to no pressure this was. I am a first time home owner and this process was very smooth. He will also continue to answer questions even after the the closing is complete. His team was also great to work with. I believe he is one of the few good ones that tries to take care of his customers and wants to help them find the best fit for them.
