Can't be trusted to keep their word, and with that I certainly wouldn't trust their work. The best advertisement is word of mouth. One happy customer may tell a couple of friends. An angry customer will spread their experience many times over. For a good company to replace concrete, my very first answer is to tell you who not to go to...Kuppinger Concrete.
