Sandy Cary was phenomenal. The market assessment and pricing were thoughtful and proved to be perfectly set. She hosted two open houses over a long weekend, which brought in adequate attention to draw multiple bidders. The timeline to close was extremely tight (around 3 weeks) and there were challenges during the option period that she helped to resolve. We highly recommend her and Kuper Sotheby's.
