Mr. Grimes, an agent with Kuper Sotheby's, contacted my real estate agent about potentially purchasing my property off-market about 10 days ago. He requested an initial showing for his clients who purported to be a couple looking to buy a home and live in it. I agreed to allow his clients into my home to walk through my property. I can't say enough good things about Serene and the entire team that helped us through the selling of our existing home, and purchase of new home.
