after my recent car purchase, I was left with the feeling that I just got taken. my sale person made me feel like I was not the loyal customer that I was. Peter on the other hand did. I was not given some of the things that I was promised i.e. extended first payment date. I was low balled all the way after doing business with IOL for the last 9 years I really thought I would have been treated better.
Fantastic dealership. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a vehicle and have just begun our search. Brock had the car of our choice ready for us when we arrived and had a “no-pressure” approach. It’s clear he not only loves cars but knows his product. If we decide on an Infiniti, we will definitely go with Brock at this location.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this lot. The general sale manger was every rude off the get go, and didn’t even care about a potential sale. Very glad I took my sale somewhere else and didn’t deal with this crooked lot and the car sales men.
The best thing about Infiniti of Lynnwood is Elizabeth in the service department. I get my 2015 Q50 serviced there, and everyone is great, but I have a great relationship with Elizabeth, she always goes above and beyond to make me feel valued.
Great customer service, beautiful and meticulous showroom, and great refreshments!
